CALL FOR PAPERS

1.Title and Short Abstract

Authors are requested to entry your title, author(s), keywords and short abstract in 200 words, by February 29, 2004.
Please fill in the pre-registration form (for author(s)) and return it by e-mail in text letter (or attached text file) to the secretary bellow. (Please do not use FAX).
A self-contained abstract of approximately 200 words, outlining in a single paragraph the aims, scope and conclusions of the paper; between one and five keywords, for indexing purposed, taken from the list appearing at the back of each issue or which can be accessed from the journals homepage. Authors will be noticed for acceptance by March 31, 2004, as shown in the circular of the conference.
