The ACCM-6 was organized the Asian-Australasian Association for Composite Materials (AACM) and the Committee on Composite Materials, the Society of Materials Science, Japan (JSMS), and held in 23-26 September, 2008, at Kumamoto University and Hotel Minami-Aso Greenpia, Kyushu, Japan. The conference was subscribed 176 participants and presented 133 papers from 11 countries, as shown the program. From the student reading papers, Best Student Paper Awards and Best Student Poster Awards of each 3 were granted through competition, as shown in the table. We have high hopes they growing their research in the field of composites. We hope all participants enjoyed in Kumamoto, as well as will benefit from the conference. It is the greatest honor for us, if participants have their unforgettable pleasant memories in the conference. |
