Responsibility for registering and paying

　All authors (including invited and solicited speakers), co-chairs, committee members, and session chairs are responsible for registering and paying the MSAP* registration fee. (Current JSMS Members receive a discount on the registration fee.)

* MSAP; Member of JSMS, the strategic alliance partners, and overseas.

Conference Registration

　Standard conference registration includes access to all conferences, poster sessions, coffee breaks, the conference tour, the conference banquet, and lunches.

　Estimated preregistration fees for authors and technical participants range from \43,000 to \50,000 depending on your membership.

　Estimated student registration fees are \25,000 and do not include proceedings and conference tour.

　Final preregistration fees will be available in April 2008. Fees will increase \8,000 - \15,000 after the preregistration deadline.
