• All presenters are required to register and pay the conference registration fee by June 10, 2012.
• If you are a member of an associated committee, you can make a payment with member registration fee.

Refund policy

• Prepaid registration fee will be refunded for cancellation until Jun 10, 2012. NB: All refunds will be processed after the Workshop and cancellation charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Prepaid registration fee will not be refunded for cancellation after Jun 10, 2012 - no exception, even in the case of denied VISA.
