Timeline for Authors

　Abstracts submission (500 words) deadline : April 25, 2025

　Notification of acceptance : April 30, 2025

　Deadline for registration : May 30, 2025

　Deadline for Extended Abstract (1-2 pages) : May 30, 2025

Notes for abstract submission

• Please prepare your abstract using Microsoft Word software, in either the .doc or .docx format.
• ither North American letter-size (8.5 x 11 inches) or European A4-size (210 x 297 mm) should be used.
• The main body of the abstract should not exceed 500 words
• Texts are fully justified with the first line indented 0.5 inches, or 1.27cm, for neat formatting.
• There is no limit to the number of presentations for which you can be listed as “Co-Author".
• Please select your preferred presentation format. [ "Oral" or "Poster" or "Oral or Poster" ]
• The abstract must be submitted by April 25th, 2025, and final acceptance is conditional upon approval by the editors.

After receiving the notification of acceptance, please prepare the Extended Abstract.
The deadline for submission is May 30.
